Author Guidelines

Writers who want to submit a manuscript should pay attention to the points below. If the manuscript does not meet the requirements that have been listed, there is a possibility that the manuscript will be returned.

Articles are typed in Indonesian and/or English, with the following writing format: using Microsoft Word program, A4 paper size, Times New Roman  letters with a size of 12 pt, space 1 (before 0 pt and after 0 pt), a maximum of 15 pages, with a maximum of 5000 words in the article, using two columns except Title and Abstract (see template journal on the web)

The writing of scientific articles to be sent must follow the systematics or writing methods as stated in the following scientific article writing systematics:

Heading

  • It must be specific and effective.
  • Titles in Indonesian consist of a maximum of 12 words and English consists of a maximum of 12 words.
  • The title of the article is written using capital letters at the beginning of each word,  letter size 12 pt, space 1, bold, placed in the middle.

2.

Author Name

  • Author's name without title.
  • Comes with an institution of the author and a Correspondence email address.
  • The author must be more than one person, and it is mandatory to list which author will be the author of the correlation.

3.

Abstract

  • Made in Indonesian and English which contains a brief and concise summary of the essence of the overall study results which includes background, objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.
  • It consists of 150-200 words.

4.

Keywords

  • It must reflect the concept or variables of the research contained, consisting of 3-5 words (e.g., fish, pond, fishing rod, milkfish).

5.

Introduction

  • Explain the main points discussed, which contain research problems, research objectives, and a summary of relevant theoretical studies.

6.

Research Methods

  • Includes research design, population and samples, development of research instruments, data collection techniques, and data analysis techniques, which are briefly described.

7.

Results and Discussion

  • Presenting the results of the final data analysis, not raw data that has not been processed.
  • The results of calculations and statistical/other tests can be displayed in this section which are shown only the results of calculations that are important to know. It is a separate part (not united with the result part).
  • The discussion is an explicit affirmation of the interpretation of the results of data analysis, explaining the answer to the research objective/problem identification, relating the findings to previous theories or research (sourced from national and international scientific journals), and the implications of the findings associated with the current situation.

Conclusion

  • The description of the summary of the discussion of the research results, but still refers to the objectives and hypotheses of the research, not a summary of the results of calculations or statistical tests.
  • It can present findings or the origination of new theories obtained from the results of research.

9.

Bibliography

  • Citations of the Library must use mendeley or the like from at least 15 article sources.
  • The bibliography should contain the entirety of the reference sources referenced in the text.
  • The bibliography or reference list consists of 80% primary references (national and international scientific journals) and 20% secondary references (relevant textbooks).
  • The degree of up-to-date literature referred to is the last 10 years, relevant classical works can be referred to as a source of problems but not for comparison discussions.
  • Bibliography writing follows generally accepted references.
  • Bibliographies should be sorted alphabetically according to the author's last name (without an academic degree) or the name of the institution with APA Style (American Psychological Association) references.

Attachment

  • The attached part is the part of the article that is not in the body of the article, but must be known in particular by the reviewer, for example the questionnaire appendix and the results of the questionnaire.

Statement Letter

  • The author must include a written statement, if the article written in part or in whole has never been published in another journal/proceeding/magazine/newspaper/potpourri/book and or other types of printed works.
  • The article is not being submitted to other journal editors.
  • The statement form can be downloaded on the Airaha Journal website.

 Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The manuscript has not been published before, and is not under consideration for publication in another journal.
  2. Manuscript files in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document format.
  3. Use of literature at least 15 references and 80% of primary sources are renewable (last 10 years)
  4. Using Delay with APA Style citation model
  5. Similarity Index below 25% and Primary Sources below 3% (attached)
  6. The manuscript is typed with text and has been in accordance with the writing format as attached to the front page of the journal
  7. Write down all author identities on the metadata.

 Copyright Notice

The author is required to fill out the Copyright Transfer Agreement (Copyright Transfer Agreement).

This Copyright Transfer Approval Letter contains the author's statement that:

1. The author agrees to hand over the ownership of the articles that have been printed on Jurnal Airaha the full right for publication to belong to Jurnal Airaha.

  1. The author agrees if the Editor of Jurnal Airaha makes the final edit to the article without changing the substance of the article.
  2. The author agrees if the Editor of Jurnal Airaha publishes articles in other forms other than the Jurnal Airaha book, for example published in PDF form and uploaded to the Jurnal Airaha website and readers can download it in full text form.
    The Copyright Transfer Consent Letter form will be emailed by the editor to the author. Next, the author sends back the signed letter with the material to the editor.
    The author returns the signed statement letter on the stamp via electronic mail (email) to the editor.

 Privacy Statement

The name and email address entered on the Jurnal Airaha website will only be used for the purposes already mentioned, will not be misused for other purposes or for other parties.
